Dear Heavenly Father
Thank you for the many blessings you have given me and grant me the strength to endure the many challenges you have sent my way to help me grow.
Help me be ever mindful that the heat I am suffering is nothing compared to that suffered by our brave men and women fighting on my behalf without complaint.
Thank you for the many skills you have blessed me with that allow me to maintain and improve the properties in my care; and the many opportunities you’ve provided me lately to apply them.
Thank you for the tenants that provide the ongoing revenue that allows me to accrue wealth to secure my family’s future in my old age. May I be ever mindful that they are my customers and the source of my livelihood.
Thank you for the wonderful sons you’ve given me. I am ever grateful for the opportunity to pass on some of the many blessings and skills you’ve given me. I am truly blessed to have had a part in producing such wonderful men with your guidance and care.
Thank you for the wonderful woman you have sent into my life that supports and encourages me in these trying times. May we grow old together and enjoy many grandchildren.
And thank you for the dear friends you’ve blessed me with. They are a source of great joy in my life. Help me to always be worthy of them.
I pray I may continue to grow, and learn, and teach and be ever grateful for all I have.
